Making a wardrobe staple more sustainable

Tri Colour Federation is an innovative denim label focusing on sustainability and style. Growing up, Founder, Joshua Norbury, often visited the snowy slopes of Thredbo. Seeing the environment change over the years made it clear to Joshua that climate action was urgent. Transforming denim from environmentally damaging to eco-friendly, became Joshua’s niche approach to protecting the environment.

ISKO‘s Earth Fit Fabric makes up their denim. Combining PET recycled plastic and organically grown cotton. Plastic…in jeans? Yes- repurposing materials destined for landfill is their way of being a ‘circular’ business.

They’re accredited with the Nordic Eco Swan Award too. Certifying that they are successfully limiting water use, waste materials and carbon emissions.

Tri Colour Federation are also helping their customers reduce their environmental footprint. Thanks to their Reform Stretch Technology, their denim stays tighter for longer. This means less washing compared to traditional denim. Hoorah for less chores and less water waste!

In their collection you’ll find a range of jeans, denim shorts, denim skirts and accessories. There’s something for him and her too. Finessed with yellow stitching, funky patterns and their unique ‘tight ass’ fit, you’ll be sure to stand out for all the right reasons. Inspiring their design is the bright yellow, now endangered Corroboree Frog. You’ll find this Aussie native in their logo too. A reminder of the fragile relationship between humanity and nature.

A percentage of annual revenue is donated to Zoos Victoria’s Endangered Species Program, developing programs that protect endangered species.
