Our babies mean the world to us. And our world should be here for them, and their children too.
My Fair Baby is a responsible and ethical fashion retailer. They source baby clothes with a very clear purpose – they’re all in for freedom and positive social change. The business started when founder Cynthia Cheong discovered her new charity partner, Restore India, and the struggles they were facing when trying to set up a model that generates income for women graduating from their vocational sewing training program. Cynthia decided that the best way she could help would be to start a business that addressed this challenge. My Fair Baby was born, and its profits are being used to support Restore India’s program.
They sell fair trade, ethical fashion for babies and kids of all ages, as well as eco-friendly toys and accessories. My Fair Baby uses business as a vehicle to fund community projects that aim to make a positive impact. Therefore, all profits made from sales are donated to help impoverished communities in India through community development initiatives organised by Restore India.
To date, My Fair Baby has helped fund several community-enriching projects, including building a school that focuses on developing literacy skills, starting an income generating business through sewing called Project Sahyog which offers support in Hindi, and sponsored two remote medical camps. They have also been recently appointed as the Australian distributor for the global brand Little Green Radicals which makes fair trade and GOTS certified baby and kids clothing. Pretty good if you ask us.
